2 weeks without coffee – I feel great!

About two weeks I stopped drinking coffee completely. I changed it on green tea. I had bought a lot of types of green tea after stopped drinking.

From my perspective, It was a great idea to stop drinking coffee. After 2 weeks I’ve noticed that I feel well and energized. I can go away near a coffee machine or coffee-mat.

The next step will be adding water into my healthy habits. Clearly, it’s a good and healthy habit but I have not involved the water into my life.
